Founded by Elizabeth Stefanka, a seasoned serial entrepreneur, fractional executive and visionary innovation leader, Impact Novation brings together a network of advisors and fractional executives, including fractional CEOs, CTOs, COOs, CIOs and CSOs. Also, R&D experts and industry researchers with decades of experience in scaling businesses, shaping growth strategies and fostering disruptive innovation.
Elizabeth brings more than 15 years of experience as a founder, operator, strategist and fractional executive. Her work sits at the intersection of strategy, emerging technologies, machine learning, leadership and human transformation. She has led technology ventures, built software and mobile applications, structured new business models, negotiated intellectual property frameworks, coached founders, created innovation labs and supported organizations through meaningful growth.
Previously, through Stefanka Tech, she developed advanced 3D body scanning solutions for the apparel and retail industries, building deep expertise in personalization, data, customer experience and sustainable innovation. During her fractional CIO role at Formwork Synergy, her first product became the spin-off she co-founded, BRIX, a mobile social intranet platform designed to empower deskless workers and improve communication in large organizations. As a fractional CSO at CREO, she initiated and led the transformation of service-based organizations into scalable product and licensing models, generating measurable growth and financial impact.
